Realistic Solutions for a
Changing World of Work
AI is reshaping work faster than most people and organizations can track. We built independent tools that show exactly where the impact lands — for individual workers and the organizations they work for. No hype. No agenda. Just realistic, usable information.
Human-developed • Independently built • No products to sell you afterward
Understand Your AI Reality Before You Invest in Anything
Before investing in AI training programs, tools, or technology — there’s a question worth asking first: do you actually know where AI affects your specific work, or your organization’s specific workforce?
Most organizations buy training before they understand the problem. Most individuals invest in AI tools before knowing whether they need them. That’s the equivalent of buying a house before knowing if it fits your lifestyle, your needs, or your budget — or choosing a college without first understanding your own career direction.
Understanding your actual AI exposure — at a task level, from real data — is the right first step. Everything else follows from that.
“An organization’s assessment of AI risk exposure should always be independent of any company that ultimately sells you AI products or services.”
That principle shaped our business model and every product we offer — from the ground up.Workforce AI Impact Snapshot
Before investing in AI tools or training for your team, see where your workforce actually stands — across three dimensions, independently measured. These charts are drawn from real beta data. The organization below is fictional; the patterns are real.
Role range: 15–70% — a 55-point spread inside one small office.
Concentrates in admin, finance, and records — but exposure alone tells only part of the story.
9 of 11 strong or very strong — including several highest-exposure roles. Genuinely independent dimensions.
Tech comfort is the genuine variable — knowing who’s still building it shapes which support matters most.
The Snapshot is designed for organizations. Individuals can access their own independent assessment directly — a personal look at the same three dimensions, delivered as a private report.
AI Job Risk & Adaptation Assessment

What’s solidly in place
- All workplace execution strengths — 5/5
- Strategic judgment — 4/5
- Clinical expertise — 16–25 years
Two Tools. One Purpose.
Understand the real AI impact — on your work, and on your workforce.
A personalized report showing where AI genuinely affects your specific daily tasks — and where your human strengths and adaptability hold real value.
- Based on what you actually do — not your job title
- Task exposure, human strengths, and adaptability assessed independently
- Realistic, calm, practical — no doom and gloom
- Detailed PDF report delivered to your inbox
Your employees complete individual assessments privately. You receive an anonymous aggregate picture of your workforce’s AI exposure, human strengths, and adaptation readiness.
- Individual reports stay private — you see aggregate data only
- Data comes directly from your own people — not outside assumptions
- Typically costs less than one hour of an average employee’s wage per person
- We collect and summarize. You decide what to do with it.
Built differently. For good reason.
Task level, not title level
AI affects specific tasks within jobs — not whole jobs. Two people with the same job title can have completely different exposure depending on what they actually do each day. Our assessments measure what people do, not what they’re called.
Independent by design
We don’t sell training programs, AI tools, or follow-on services. That independence isn’t a marketing line — it’s the structural reason our assessments produce realistic results rather than conclusions shaped by a commercial interest.
Human strengths and adaptability matter
Most AI risk tools focus only on what’s at risk. Ours measures both sides independently — where AI pressure is real and where human capabilities and adaptability genuinely protect people. Both sides reported clearly, without spin.
Tested across real occupations and job tasks.
Beta assessments have been completed across a wide range of occupations and job tasks — including healthcare, trades, accounting, technology, law enforcement, sales, and management — each producing a genuinely different personalized report. The diversity of results confirms what the methodology was built on: AI affects people differently depending on what they actually do.
Playa del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica
Not a Tech Company.
Not a Consulting Firm.
Realistik AI Dynamics was built by one person — a retired City Manager with 30+ years running large organizations, teams, and complex public-facing operations. Someone who spent a career watching how work actually changes from the inside, who taught himself web development and AI after retiring, and who built these tools from scratch in Playa del Coco, Costa Rica.
Not a technology company. Not a startup with a pitch deck and an investor mandate. Someone who built something because ordinary workers and the organizations they work for deserved something more realistic and more useful than what the market was offering.
No venture capital. No corporate agenda. No algorithm deciding what you want to hear.
