Realistik AI Dynamics

Privacy and your information.

This policy explains how information is handled for the Individual AI Risk Assessment, the Workforce AI Impact Snapshot and enquiries through Realistik AI Dynamics. It also covers the existing AIRISK assessment service linked from this website.

Last updated: October 12, 2026.

Who handles your information

Realistik AI Dynamics is operated by Donald DeGagne, based in Playa del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Donald handles assessment administration, report preparation, delivery and enquiries, using the service providers described below.

What information is collected

Depending on the assessment, the form collects responses about your work tasks, human strengths, adaptability, technology comfort and experience. It may also request work context, such as your job title, industry, age range or years of experience, and allow optional comments.

Forms may request a first name or alias and an email address for report delivery. Organizational assessments also use information needed to associate responses with the participating organization. The relevant form shows which fields are required and which are optional.

If you contact Donald, the service receives your email address and whatever information you include in your message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or identifying other people in assessment comments.

How the information is used

Assessment information is used to prepare, review and deliver reports, answer related questions, correct errors and rerun reports when needed. Contact information is used for delivery and communication about the service.

Names and email addresses may remain in the submitted data processed by the AI services used to prepare reports. They are not needed to calculate assessment results, but the current process does not automatically remove these fields before AI processing.

Realistik AI Dynamics does not sell or rent assessment information, use it for advertising profiles or add assessment email addresses to a marketing mailing list.

What an organization receives

Leadership receives aggregate findings and, when comments are provided, an unattributed summary of participant comments. Findings are reported for the organization as a whole, without breaking them down by individual, position, department or group.

Participant names and email addresses are not included in the organizational Snapshot. Individual scored responses, linked response records and personal reports are not provided to leadership. Identifying details are removed from comments used in the organizational report.

A personal report may be addressed to its recipient. Keeping personal reports private from leadership is separate from the processing of submitted information by Donald and the service providers.

These reporting safeguards do not mean that the original submissions are anonymous to the operator or to the services processing them.

Services used to process information

  • Tally: collects and stores assessment submissions. See Tally’s privacy policy.
  • OpenAI: currently supports analysis and report generation through ChatGPT. Submitted data and report content are processed by this service. See OpenAI’s privacy policy.
  • Anthropic: Claude was used for the earlier AIRISK process and may be used for report generation or review. If used, the information supplied to it is processed by Anthropic. See Anthropic’s privacy policy.
  • Stripe: processes payments where offered through Tally. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment processor; transaction information may be available to the operator for payment administration. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Website hosting and email services: support website operation, enquiries and report delivery. Email providers process messages and report attachments sent through them.

Information may be processed outside your country of residence, including through Donald’s operation in Costa Rica and the infrastructure used by these providers. Provider retention, security and data-use practices depend on their policies and the account settings or service used.

Storage and retention

Assessment responses and report copies are kept locally by the operator and may also remain in Tally, report-generation services and delivery emails.

The standard retention period for assessment submissions and the operator’s report copies is six months after report delivery, to support questions, corrections and reruns. After that period, these records are deleted from the operator’s working files and service accounts, unless a longer period has been specifically agreed or retention is required for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute.

Service providers may retain residual copies or backups according to their own policies. Payment and accounting records are handled separately and may need to be kept longer. Reports already delivered to you or your organization remain under the recipient’s control.

Website analytics and cookies

Where enabled, this website uses Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand website traffic and improve the site. Analytics can collect information about pages visited, interactions, device and browser characteristics and approximate location, using cookies or similar technologies.

Website analytics serves a different purpose from assessment analysis. Assessment responses are not intended to be sent to Google Analytics.

Website hosting and assessment services may also use cookies or technical logs for functionality and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Questions, access and deletion requests

You may contact Donald to ask what personal information is held about you, request a copy or correction, request deletion, or discuss withdrawing your participation. Include enough information to locate your submission; identity may need to be verified before records are released or changed.

Requests are considered in light of applicable requirements and the status of report preparation. Deleting a source record does not automatically remove its contribution from an aggregate report already delivered, or retrieve copies held by recipients.

Reasonable precautions are taken to protect information, but no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
