I founded Realistik AI Dynamics to help leaders and employees understand how AI may affect the work they actually do.
My background combines 32 years of local-government management experience with post-retirement work in small-business development and marketing. That experience shapes a practical question: what information will help someone make a better decision?

Experience behind the approach
Useful information for real decisions.
During my career in local government, including serving as City Manager, I worked with the competing priorities that leaders face: limited resources, changing demands and decisions that affect people’s working lives.
My later work in small-business development and marketing added another perspective on how organizations adapt and make practical use of new opportunities.
Realistik AI Dynamics brings that perspective to AI and work. The aim is to make the subject easier to understand, using evidence about actual work rather than assumptions about a job title or sector.
AI supports the analysis. My experience and human judgment guide the approach. The methodology explains how findings are developed, what they can tell you and where their limits lie.
I now live in Playa del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
