Built for Real Workers.
And the Organizations They Work For.
Where this company came from, what it’s building, and why it approaches AI and work the way it does.
Two Products.
One Principle.
Realistik AI Dynamics is an independent AI assessment company with one purpose: giving workers and organizations a realistic, grounded picture of where AI genuinely affects their specific work — before they spend money on training, tools, or anything else.
That means two things in practice. An individual assessment for workers who want to understand their own AI exposure, strengths, and adaptability. And a workforce assessment product for organizations that need realistic, data-driven insight from their own people — with no agenda attached to what comes next.
A 5–7 minute assessment that produces a personalized PDF report — based on what you actually do, not your job title. Task exposure, human strengths, and adaptability measured and reported independently. No doom. No upsell.
Employees complete individual assessments privately. The organization receives an anonymous aggregate picture of AI exposure, human strengths, and adaptation readiness across their workforce.
“An organization’s assessment of AI risk exposure should always be independent of any company that ultimately sells you AI products or services.”
That principle shaped this company’s business model and every product it offers — from the ground up.Workforce AI Impact Snapshot:
How It Works
The Workforce AI Impact Snapshot is designed for organizations of any size and sector that want realistic, grounded data about where AI genuinely affects their workforce — without the conflict of interest that comes from getting that assessment from a source that also sells AI products or follow-on services.
The model is straightforward. An employer purchases a block of assessments. Employees complete the standard individual assessment privately, on their own time. Each employee receives their own personal PDF report. The organization receives an anonymous aggregate Snapshot — a picture of workforce-wide AI exposure, human strengths distribution, and adaptation readiness — without any individual data attached.
Privacy is structural, not a policy: Individual reports are always private. The employer sees aggregate data only. No individual’s results are ever shared with their organization. This isn’t a promise — it’s how the system is built.
Employees can complete the assessment honestly, knowing their personal results stay personal.

The core positioning of this product is captured in one line: “We collect and summarize. You decide.” What your organization does with what it learns is entirely up to you. We don’t recommend vendors. We don’t sell follow-on services. We don’t have an agenda beyond giving you a realistic picture.
The Public Conversation About AI and Work Isn’t Working.
If you’ve been paying attention to how AI and jobs gets discussed — in the media, in corporate communications, in the market for AI tools and training — you’ve noticed it tends to go one of two ways. Panic about everything being replaced, or breathless enthusiasm about AI solving every problem. Neither is particularly useful for an organization trying to make real decisions, or for an individual trying to understand what it means for their specific work.
Much of what exists in the market is shaped by someone who has something to sell. Assessments that come bundled with a product pitch carry a built-in tension: the conclusions are influenced by what comes next. That’s not always intentional — but it is structural. And it means the data you receive may not be as neutral as it appears.
That’s the gap this company was built to fill. Independent, realistic assessment. Data that comes from your own people. No follow-on pitch. No predetermined conclusion. Just information you can actually use.
AI Job Risk & Adaptation Assessment:
How It Works
The individual assessment takes 5 to 7 minutes and covers three areas independently: the specific tasks that make up your daily work, your human-centered strengths, and your current relationship with workplace technology. Every answer feeds into a scoring system that was built from scratch — not adapted from a generic template.
What makes it different from other AI risk tools
Most AI job-risk tools assess exposure based on job titles. This one looks at what you actually do — the tasks, communication, coordination, judgment, documentation, problem-solving, and human interaction that make up your real working day. That distinction is what makes each report genuinely specific to the individual.
Critically, three dimensions are scored and reported independently: your task-level AI exposure, your core human strengths, and your personal adaptability. Adaptability — your capacity and readiness to respond to change — is assessed on its own terms, not bundled in with other factors. Many people with significant AI exposure also have strong adaptability, and that distinction matters. You see all three sides of your picture clearly, without one canceling out the others.
Each report covers:
What you get
- Estimated AI task exposure range based on your actual daily tasks
- Independent assessment of your core human strengths — the capabilities AI does not replicate
- Separate assessment of your personal adaptability — your readiness to respond to change
- Clear explanation of what all three scores mean for your specific role and context
- Practical, realistic suggestions tied to your own strengths and situation
- Professionally formatted PDF delivered to your inbox
What it avoids
- Catastrophic or doom-based language
- “Safe job” or “unsafe job” labels
- Exaggerated automation claims
- Generic advice that ignores your actual situation
- Upselling to courses, tools, or coaching
Currently in paid beta at $10. Real-world submissions continue to refine the assessment and improve report quality. During the beta phase, every report goes through a manual quality review before delivery — estimated turnaround is 1 to 4 hours.
Playa del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica
Not a Tech Company.
Not a Startup with an Agenda.
Realistik AI Dynamics was built by one person — a retired City Manager with 30+ years running large organizations, teams, and complex public-facing operations. Someone who spent a career watching how work actually changes from the inside.
After retiring to Playa del Coco, Costa Rica, the growing noise around AI and jobs became hard to ignore — not because of personal anxiety, but because of what was clearly missing: something genuinely useful for ordinary workers and the organizations they work for. What followed was months of research, testing, and careful development. The question architecture, scoring logic, report structure, and prompt system were all built from scratch and tested against real-world profiles across a wide range of occupations.
No venture capital. No corporate agenda. No algorithm deciding what people want to hear. Just a practical set of tools built by someone who believes workers and organizations deserve something more realistic and more useful than what the market was offering.
Protected. Independent. Confidential.
The methodology, scoring architecture, and prompt system behind both products represent significant original development. The strongest protection is structural: the core prompt architecture is treated as a trade secret and is never disclosed.
